School fully reopened to all pupils on 2nd September 2020, however there are several new systems and different ways of working this year, to ensure the school is as Covid secure as it can be. Please see the information below for further details. Copies of all specific communications that have been sent home can also be downloaded from this page.
If your child is suffering from any of the following symptoms, then please keep them at home and book a test:
- a high temperature - any new high temperature where your child feels hot to touch on their chest or back
- a new continuous cough - coughing a lot for more than an hour, or three or more coughing episodes in 24 hours
- a loss of, or change in, sense of smell or taste - a noticeable loss of smell or taste or things smell and taste different to normal
If your child has a runny nose, is sneezing or generally feeling unwell, they do not need a test, as these are not normally symptoms of coronavirus. As soon as your child is well enough, they must return to school. Further advice can be sought from your GP, NHS 111 online and telephone services or the NHS website.
Please stay in touch with the Admin Team daily, reporting your child's absence in the normal way.
